hi, never pay the membership to curves in FULL OR JOIN CURVES AT ALL!!!... i made that mistake and paid in full for the year. i was injured and could not attend, i was told from the manager at the time to come and sign a form to put my membership on hold.. I did... 6 months later i get a call from a new manager saying that the location was closing and i had a choice to bring in a dr.notes for the time i was off and get a refund or i could transfer my membership to another location..
