I sent a later to this company to cancel my membership. I talked to a Representative named Emily and she advised me on the charges in my account of $30 which I paid that same day with my Cc. seven months later, I received a letter from them saying that I owe a total of $149.00 and that my account was in collection. I called customer service and get this rude girl on the phone who tells me that they was nothing she could do giving that she does not see my letter of cancellation in the system.
