waited 14 minutes in drive-thru waiting bay for order which was missing large chips from order which was big mac, cheese burger and large chips 3 cars were served before me and vechile behind me was served before me as well. Which is not good service to the public. Plus my burger was cold. Could you please rectify this concern for me and other public people which have service there.
