I am constrained to draw your attention towards the innefficient quality of your washing machine. model no. samsung 9201 eg 7.2kg w/m, purchased on 4th february 2010. 1st complain was on date 27th march 2010 bp no 84142a19017, my washing tub is showing regular trouble. my second complain was on date 28th april 2010 bp no. 84142a19017, the spinner of my washing machine did not work and this is reapiting.
