I have been using tata indicom cell phone for the past few years and have been satisfied with the services but i regret to say that for the past 1 month i m frequently facing problems with the phone and the customer care services- On 11-04-2010 i recharged my cell with a balance of Rs100/- and on 15-04-2010 hello tune has been set on my number and Rs30/- has beeen deducted eventhough i didn't request for any hello tunes.
