Avoid Hyatt Vacation Club. The properties are beautiful and well maintained however, the vacation club is VERY hard if not impossible to use. They sold us a week in January with the idea that we could use our points for other weeks or convert them into Hyatt Gold Passport hotel points. Everytime we have tried to use our points, we have found no abailabilty. We have found the reservation staff to be rude and unhelpful. If you are thinking about buying Hyatt DON'T.
