I am fed up with the poor service of this medical company. I have a condition that is life-threatening without the use of the breathing machine they provide, but even with calling and calling (at least 10 times) and driving over an hour to go and sit down with them and try to work out the issue which was causing them to provide such negligent customer service, I filled out the form they sent home with me (for the THIRD time) and that was two and a half months ago!
