I am recently unemployed and have been faithful with my car payments with the exception of this past month. When I contacted Wachovia which is now Wells Fargo and Chase before that, I explained that due to the economy, I was laid-off and taking care of my disabled Mother and needed to make a payment arrangement. It was rudelly explained to me that they would need to post a payment to my account knowing full well that I was overdrawn at the time.
