I was wanting to know why is it that store #5053 at 1905 34th Street, Lubbock, TX has the section with mouth wash, tooth paste, hair/nail items etc. blocked away and does not allow small hand baskets provided by the store in this area. Other stores in Lubbock do not have this set-up. The manager was rude when I asked why and watched me only as I shopped throughout the store.
