This model apparently has a common fault of motherboard failier and there has been, so I understand as many as 2000 owners with the same complaint.This problem is too expensive to repair so all we are left with is £500 worth of useless crap that we can't even liven up to get any disc out of the hard drive that might still be in it.Hewlett-Packard must be aware of this common fault but to date I have not learned of anyone being compensated or even of any recall regarding this model.Mine is about 3 years old and had to be repaired... read full review »
