I purchased Adobe Web Premium CS4 bundle on Feb. 20, 2010. Due to a problem with Fireworks crashing every time I closed it, I checked the Adobe site to find support. Low and behold there was a new version Web Premium CS5 released April 12, 2010. I called support to get an upgrade, but they refused me. Their policy quoted to me by an agent and his manager states that free upgrades are available to those who have purchased software within a month of the new version release.
