I have had a terrible experience dealing with Verizon and I think people should know about this. They misdirected me about getting a free phone--told me it would not involve adding another line to line I already had. I received bills, had to send the phone back, was told it would be taken care of and more than three months later I was still receiving bills and getting threatening phone calls from their collections department.
