I had problems with no heat on 1/31/10 . Called CHW. They finally got somebody out on 2/8/10 to check the heat pump system. The problem was a leak in the evaporator coil. The freon had leaked out. the company denied the claim on the basis that since I have been maintaining the unit myself every year, that it must be due to my negligence. I sent them a statement from the trained and licensed professionals they sent out to check the unit saying the unit was properly maintained and serviced.
