I sent back 4 verizon cable cards using the verizon authorized shipping facility (the UPS store). I obtained a receipt and tracking number which shows the items delivered the next day, yet 3 months later they refuse to take off my bill, provide the credit for the time they have billed my credit card since and continually given me the run around on customer support. this is the second time I had an issue like this but learned from the first one and kept the receipt and tracking information. They have the WORST customer service on the planet and I would stay away from Verizon at all costs! read full review »
