I closed my account on January 28, 2010 and returned my equipment for which I received a receipt and was told that I would receive a refund check within 4-6 weeks. When I didn't receive it in March I called and talked to a CS rep who said the equipment was not returned. I told her that it had been returned and she ordered that a check be cut within 4-6 weeks.
