I took my Blackberry Bold in to have the latch on the back of the phone replaced and the screws to the phone tightened and one replaced. Because the screw was missing, the phone would power off and on when moved the wrong way. When I went to pick the phone up I was told that I would have to pay $60 to have the screen on the phone replaced.
