Ordered a Brother inkjet printer head from this company and never received part. When the part didn't arrive on time, owner made several poor excuses and used delay tactics for several days but eventually just stopped answering phone. The company continues to send spam emails every month despite several requests to be removed. If you want to be stolen from, lied to, and put on an inescapable spam list, this is your company.
