Had last minute itinerary that I needed to put together. Spoke with an agent named Yasmeen who told me that she would help me out. I called her all day because she was not calling me regarding the itinerary. Finally, she emailed me and after I approved it I gave her my credit card number. She charged the card and then told me that I had to come to the office the next day to pick up the tickets.
