Simply a friend, even having paid $200.00 for Dell support, has been getting "help" that is not associated with the real problem. Then Dell refuses to continue help due to limits of the contract. Also, he has had to go to a local store to easilly remedy the problem by installing a sound card update for a meer $29.95. read full review »
