After spending 4 hours on the phone with US Air to set up travel arrangements, having to deal with blackout dates, I used my dividends miles. I was told that I needed to pay a 60.00 transactional fee to cover the cost of the transfer. The rude customer service attendant returned finally with my confirmation number. Upon checking the information, I noticed on the bottom of what was supposed to be a 60 dollar charge, none other than a 2, 982.62 charge.
