I have bought a Tata Photin+ connection 2 months ago. I was promised a speed of UPTO 3.1mbps, which I never got. I do not get even 100 kbps speed.I complained about this as many as 12 times but every time the engineer comes & says there is a Network issue in your area & next month a next week a new tower is coming up for my area. Since the last 15 days or so Im not able to use the photon+ connection at all.It takes me 8 - 10 tries to login into the google homepage.
