Not giving after sale service I have a 800 VA inverter. It developed some malfunction. I went to their "Thapar Nagar, Meerut Service center". Their I am told that, "ITS CARD IS NOT AVAILABLE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL COME" Their local Manager also did not help. I than contacted your Delhi office on Ph. 011-40778222 and talked to your Service Manager Ms. Sushma. She also did not help. Now what should I do in this summer ?
