Yesterday, I went to this business to get my taxes done. Yes they are in business to do taxes; however, it is illegal for them not to tell people upfront the cost of doing their taxes. You wouldn't want to buy a boat without knowing the cost or anything else. Why would doing a simple tax form cost some one who is disabled, on a limited income $300.00 for a measly $51 back? This is a scam and all tax agencies should have to have these cost out in the open. I luckily went and out my tax paperwork back before paying them anything. There are these people on this site who insist that they must post what they have to sell on this site. It never stops to amaze me that you complain and they all come out like roaches. Last December, I asked this bank for an extension on my FHA Loan. I was told I would have to miss my December payment to qualify. (What kind of hair brain idea was that?) Well I did miss the payment, but I didn't get my request extension, but was sent to another part of the loan office. It came to a surprise that I defaulted on my loan. I sent this collection agency a cease and desist letter 2 months ago and they are still calling. I am sending the second notice ou today, July 9, 2010. Not only do they not know what cease and desist means, they call all hours of the day, before and after legal hours and on Sundays. They also have talked to minors about my debts, which is against the law in all states. When talking to collectors, they talk to you like you are not a person or that you are a relative. I bought the device after hearing I can get a local number. Fooled! I not only didn't get a local number, but there is no way to get your voice mail off the phone. When I when to the site to obtain this information, the site says you can talk to a live operator. Fooled! There is no phone number to call. There isn't even an address for contact information. You are given a site address, then you are taken to all possible technical questions. None to which have anything to do with getting your voicemail from the phone. in April 2008, my business partner and myself went through Citizen's National Bank, the bank that our business account was in, to get a credit card terminal through Nova (Elavon) for our small new business. We were told by the representative that we could not purchase the terminal, but only lease it with the option to purchase it after a year.
