My credit card A/C no. is 4006676013034916. On 06.03.2010 I had dropped a cheque no.952153 for Rs.1687/-in a machine of SBI branch situated at Sushant Lok, Gurgaon and after dropping the cheque in machine I have received a receipt No.000017 and machine ID.SBI035. I have cleared my dues through above cheque but SBI is sending Credit Card Statement by adding penalty amount on Rs.1687/-. Kindly look into the matter and inform me the action taken by SBI.
