Bank of America sold (?) our mortgage to BAC. Soon thereafter received a letter stating that we had to have flood insurance or secure a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) from FEMA. Long story short, after jumping thru all of FEMA's hoops and many dollars later, we received certified LOMA and sent it to BAC flood dispute dept. in early April. The only phone number provided was to insurance dept. which I have called frequently. The Loan Dispute Dept. has NO telephone or email. Thus they cannot be contacted.
