I have been a Visa Signature account holder with CapitalOne for a number of years. I've been lead to believe that not just anybody is able to obtain a "Signature" account. That holds little value with CapitalOne. I was looking into redeeming some of my reward miles and discovered I was 28 days past due on a whopping $68. What really angered me was that I had never received a paper bill nor an email informing me of my balance. I immediately scheduled an online payment through my bank.
