We bought a whirlpool washer duet and it was a special, free shipping. Unbenounced to us they shipped it to DirectBuy. We don't have a pickup so they want to charge us $75 an hour to deliver it to us which we were under the impression it was coming to our door. In trying to resolve this we call, leave messages and they don't return our calls. You very seldom get a person. Very disappointed in DirectBuy, would not recommend it to anyone even large consumers.
