We purchased a 65in. LCD Sharp TV in Sept. 08. We experienced problems with the picture and called Sharp. They sent out a technician and were informed that Fire Dog ripped us off. They charged us for calibration of the TV which isn't needed and we paid for additional hook ups which weren't needed. The cable cord they installed is bad and needs replaced.
