I order item back in November 08. The company told I need to send 10.03 money I did that. I still have not recieved my item yet. I been calling and calling. They keep tell they have to enter the money in the computer. It's been since Nov 15, 2008. I call today on Feb. 6 th to ask about it. The customer rep. hang up the phone on me.
