I am totally dissappointed with the VRL rules & Regulation where there is no any alternate arrangement made to the customer if the bus is missed. As I have booked the VRL ticked from Bangalore to Gulbarga on 06/05/10 for the Non A/C sleeper bus . When i was nearing to the bus stop in anand rao circle suddenly i found that i have missed some important document in the home. So i called to the VRL office requesting them to please adjust me in any next bus whichever goes to my route as i cant go to gulbarga without my document then... read full review »
