There is a big advertising budget for the $1 Double Cheeseburger. Billboards show it with lettuce and tomato. I ordered them a couple of times and they were served without these items. Then I was told you had to ASK for them (clearly trying to save a few pennies). So I did. It worked fine. Then today, I ordered, asked for lettuce and tomato, and discovered I was charged 10¢. I guess they figure they can. BUT, it is a 10% surcharge for something that the advertising indicates is standard. Not fair, guys! read full review »
