I've been forced to use this company for years and have had nothing but problems. Their customer service is horrible because once they get a contract in a community, they basically hold the residents hostage. My only option other than them is to use Comcast, which I refuse to do. My problems have included them cutting off my TV service even though the TV bill was paid. They said they turned it off because my internet bill wasn't paid...funny enough my internet was never turned off. So even though I paid for cable, they blocked... read full review »
