I have been dealing with Wells Fargo - ASC for a few years. And once my husband and I lost our jobs we got behind on our payments because we had a 2 year balloon. I contact them because I heard we could do a loan modification. We had to do it for 4 months and be on time. Finally after the 4th payment I received a packet in the mail the needed to be completed stating what our payment would be, what our % would be and that they needed a lump payment up front.
