All you have to do is contact the UTAH Better Business Bureau and this scam company will correct it. I ordered a desktop pc and speakers. The speakers were listed as new but were clearly used and the PC was different than what I ordered. I got a return label for the PC that had a 1lb weight limit, UPS would not accept it, they then sent me one with 2lbs, then after a total 0f 50 contact with them (email, online chat, phone) they bumped it up to 20lbs which was still below it's weight.
