Respected sir This is Altaf Rangooni here, from India (Gujarat) (surat) I bought a godrej DAC fully automatic washing machine I gave my complain on 5th April 2010 service since the keypad stopped working, from the day the technician took the keypad we made more than 50 calls to check the status but still no response from them, they are still giving the same repeated answer as " Still we are working on that " i am not sure how many days it will take to finish, this is the worst customer service i have experienced ever.
