EZ Lube botched an oil change causing oil to spew out of the engine rendering it inoperable and in need of a new engine. They sent it to a mechanic of their choosing who replaced the engine poorly kinking a vacuum line but the worst of it was they ruined the transmission in the process. EZ Lube fought this in court and lost but it shows their bad character that they would try so hard to escape responsibility for this, wanting to leave the consumer footing the $3, 000. bill for the repair. read full review »
