Hi, I bought this connection in december last year and on april 27th, I logged a request to move the connection/dish to my new house i.e to de install everything from my old house on April 29th and reconnect to my new one on 30th. Technician did not turn up on 29th, and on 29th i again called the customer service and logged a complaint. (ref no : 2583881 and 2632397) Since then I have been calling them.
