My refrigerator is not working. Even 36 hrs after lodging a complaint with the company call centre (at New Delhi) there has not been any service engineer to attend to the complain. The company call centre says it's going to take "24 working hours" for any one to attend to the complain. Does the company sleep for 16 hours every day???!!! read full review »
