The Auto parts and services Supervisor "Craig" is confrontational towards customers. I witnessed him raising his voice a a customer and refusing to help and told him to leave the store. He employes young people and does not appear to provide them adequate training to work on their own, yet he allows them to work alone resulting in aggravating customers.
