I ordered flowers 2 weeks before mothers day for a delivery 2 days before mothers day. They failed to deliver the flowers and here 2 days later the flowers still haven't arrived. When I called in to find out what happened I was hung up on twice when I asked for a manager. The third time I called in i found out that the person answering was an answering service with no information about the company. Currently I'm out money and the flower still haven't shown up!
