I've purchased NOKIA SuperNova 7610 handset from NOKIA PRIORITY Dealer 131/16, N.S.C Bose Road, Kolkata - 700040 on 15/06/2009, vide invoice no. 1633 for RS.10, 850. (Rupees Ten thousand Eight hundred Fifty only) Facing tremendous problems with the set including frequent HANGS. Reported the problems to the above mentioned Dealer but they have not entertained the complaint. Visited the Service Center, who repaired the set but the problem remains UNSOLVED.
