DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER All the internet forums are flooded with complaints about this company and believe me they are all true. I had same experience as many - ordered 600 pounds worth of Quinny stuff that was all showing as in stock for next day despatch. A week later when I had not received goods I tried to ring Bambino Direct and the phone lines rang, kept you on hold, then finally went dead.
