I contacted them 5 minutes after I placed the order as I realized they had over charged me for delivery. Their phones do not lead to any person as I always get a voice-mail. I got an email response from them after 2 days and was told that I could not be refunded as the order was already lined up for delivery. Despite several phone messages and emails I was not refunded the money. The irony is though that even after billing me they did not deliver half the order. My surprise for my old mom was ruined because of them. Do yourself a favor and order from SOMEONE ELSE. read full review »
