Beneficial claims has been investigating my MBNA card, the problem I have is most companies give a 30 day cooling off period, this company has only a 14 day cooling off period. The biggest problem here is, first they where aggressive in there sales pitch, reading a script, on how it would benefit the cardholder, to challenge the lenders on to quench the balance on the card, or we take you to court.
