U R Correct... It took 3 1/2 months 2 get a part... AND 5 months... YES 5 MONTHS for them to enter my extended warrantee in the Insurance system... I had to do All the leg work... Found out they didn't enter the information in the system correctly... And Wayne Dodge couldn't care less... I found out I Didnt have INS when I did a follow-up call to the extended INS Co... I suggest U Check that U have the Extended Warrantee Ins from them... CALL your Extended Warrantee INS to Verify U Do Have A Warrantee!!!
