Paid $295.00 for the promise of Civil Service Eligibility, and possible job placement. What I got after a month, Joy Obi, gave me list of possible website to file my job application (which I have been doing since 2008) and no civil service eligibility. This is purely a scam & Joy Obi should send me back the $295.00 I paid. Please warn all people who are feeling so desperate of finding a job.
