Do not sign up with Direct Energy Heating or Cooling Protection Plan. They have doubled billed me in my annual plan. Charging me twice $229. On top of that the next year after in 2009 someone called at home tricking us to sign up for cooling, they said that we will get something in the mail for more information, but all of a sudden when I saw our bill they charge us extra $39.98 for the cooling plan they were calling for withour our authorization.
