I was on 3rd avenue, between 33rd and 34th street, today, May 5th, 2010 at about 3:35, waiting for the light. A bus was double parked on the right, waiting for another bus to pull away. I was on the left of this waiting bus. At the turn of the light, instead of waiting for the bus in front to move, this bus#8539 or 8534, moved out of its spot, leaving me with no room to move.
