Nov 30 First incident with heater. Dec 1 Second incident with heater. Cut off gas to heater. Dec 2 Early morning Contacted AHS and placed service request. Dec 3 Placed on hold for 30 minutes, unable to contact repair company that was assigned to repair unit. Service ticket was assigned to different company Dec 4 Called to check status. Was told the ticket was escalated to an EMERGENCY Dec 4 3PM Repairman came to house to work on unit. Stated that he forgot his tools.
