I made a call to the service center last Tuesday, May 4, asking to have my refrigerator repaired. The man who answered the phone and supposedly took my information stated that the service team would be at my house on Friday, May 7. Knowing how inefficient most service centers are in the Philippines, I called again on the said date, Friday, May 7.
